We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The price was reasonable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room, although not big, was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near transportation options, with easy access to Three Bridges/Crawley train station and buses to Gatwick and Brighton. There is also a large shopping mall within a short walking distance.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and in the center of town. It is also close to several 4-star places. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with lovely bathrooms. The staff are polite and helpful. the hotel offers free parking and free wifi.
The breakfast options were limited and the food was not replenished promptly, resulting in a lack of choice for guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable for the level of service I received. The location, right in front of a bus station on a slightly odd roundabout, was convenient for exploring the area. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms were kept very clean. The hot breakfast, included in the price, was delicious with tasty sausages.
No improvement needed, everything was great.
